If you like what you've heard, but the group Book Club sessions don't quite feel like the right fit...or you want or need support before our next group session begins, an Individual Boot Camp might be just what you're looking for.
Solo Boot Campters get all the same benefits as Book Club members, and the program works pretty much the same way. We'll follow the same workbook curriculum and format as the group sessions. We'll still cover one workbook section per session. The only difference that it will be just you and me working through the process together.
We can start anytime
We can meet at a time of day that works for you!
We'll still meet once a week via Zoom for four weeks
You'll just have a lot more time to dig deeper into your own situation, ask questions, resolve concerns, and work towards your own healing goals in a way that works for you.

Because the Solo Boot Camp experience is more cozy and personal than the group Book Club sessions, I want to make sure the experience I offer is a good fit for you and we're a good fit for each other.
