Living Forward is a personalized, private 1:1 coaching experience. We move at a pace that respects your nervous system, but also keeps you in momentum. We work for two weeks, then take one week off to let the changes settle. Then we do it again.

Phase 1: Holding Your Ground
(Weeks 1-3) This phase is all about making sure the progress you’ve made so far actually sticks. We focus on learning to trust yourself and your own thoughts and feelings again. Instead of being pulled into every family storm, you’ll learn to stay focused and centered. You will practice keeping small, sacred commitments to yourself. We'll also work on stabilizing your nervous system, so your body starts to understand that it is safe to be calm.
Phase 2: Consulting Your Heart
(Weeks 4-6) This phase is about finding your internal "yes" and finally giving yourself permission to be human. For so long, you’ve been the one who handles everything and everyone in the room. Here, you’ll learn to hear your own voice first. You’ll discover it’s okay to have your own needs, wants, and ideas. Instead of reacting to the loudest person in the family, you’ll practice being an individual—someone who can say "no" to the noise so you can say "yes" to yourself.
Phase 3: Claiming Your Space
(Weeks 7-8) You’ve done the hard work of creating space for yourself. Now it’s time to fully claim that space as your own. In this phase, you’ll be learning how to live in it, decorate it, and protect it for the long term. In these final weeks, you’ll learn to live from a place of choice rather than obligation and how to step into your own strength. You are owning the fact that your peace is your responsibility, and you have every right to use it to build the life you actually want for yourself.
