1:1 Coaching Experience
Yeah for you! You've already stepped up, put forth big effort and done a lot of hard work! Through our book club sessions, you’ve faced the hard truths, untangled some of the pain, and started building a foundation for peace. That was no small thing!
Here's what I know, though. The work we'vedone is just the beginning. Healing is not a one-time project, and nor does it end when the book closes. It's a journey.
Now that you’ve started, you have a choice. You can stop here and celebrate all you've done, or you can keep going and take your healing even deeper. Though many people do make great progress in a short amount of time, especially while we're working through the Book Club sessions together, it takes takes comittment, determination, and consistency, and suppported effort to get to the roots of the issues and make the solutions last for the long haul.
I'd love to help you do just that!
The Book Club gave you tools, community, and support. Coaching takes all you've learned there further by:
Customizing the tools and skills you've gained to your unique situation
Giving you focused, private space to process your story
Helping you move through the areas where you still feel stuck

Supporting you as you build a new vision for your life
Each session is an opportunity for you to gain fresh perspectives, gain a deeper understanding of why things are the way they are, and how to turn them around. You'll also have the opportunity to work through complex emotions, enhance your coping and decision making skills, and implement new strategies to help heal your heart and your life.
As private coaching is only available to women who have successfully completed a live Book Club or Solo Boot Camp experience, we're not starting over. We're picking up right where you left off, making the foundation you've already built even stronger, and helping you move even more confidently into your next chapter.
Though you'll be in charge of deciding what we talk about in our sessions, following these guidelines can help make the most of the time we have together.
Weeks 1–2: Deepening the Experience
Review what you need for you at this season of life
Identify lingering struggles and patterns that still hold you back
Solidify your understanding of what happened and where you want to go from here
Weeks 3–4: Expanding Your Healing
Practice advanced boundary-setting that actually sticks
Address hidden triggers and learn how to respond with calm and clarity
Explore the beliefs and narratives that may still be shaping your self-worth
Weeks 5–6: Rebuilding Your Identity
Reconnect with your values, desires, and dreams
Learn practical tools to nurture self-trust and emotional resilience
Create new ways of experiencing connection, even if doesn't look like it did before
Weeks 7–8: Designing Your Peace Plan
Build out your personalized “next chapter” blueprint
Put daily practices in place to make your healing sustainable
Step forward with clarity, confidence, and a sense of freedom
8 private 1:1 coaching sessions (weekly, 60 minutes on Zoom)
Custom guidance and exercises based on your own healing journey
Email support between sessions for accountability and encouragement
A personalized Peace Plan you’ll walk away with at the end
You’ve already proven that you’re ready for this work. You showed up to the book club, did the exercises, worked hard, and opened your heart.
This 8-week block gives you the momentum to keep going, instead of slipping back into old habits or letting the noise of life push your healing and your voice to the back burner.
All sessions are held via Zoom on whatever day and time work for you.
